— ABOUT ME
I write and research about the teenage mind because I’ve seen how powerful it is—and how misunderstood it can be. Through my book Mind Mahatva – The Teen Mind Matters, I try to turn complicated emotions and mental health concepts into conversations that feel safe, honest, and real. My goal is simple: to remind young people that what they feel makes sense, and that they’re not alone in feeling it.
